I called Tyler at 12:37 pm on a Tuesday and he was at my home by 1:15 pm. Right when he said he would be there! He discussed with me over the phone about what he would probably need to do and the prices for his services. Even though the issue turned out to be more labor intensive, time consuming and a bit more complicated than originally anticipated, he didn’t sweat it and thoroughly communicated to me about everything that was going on. Tyler was super friendly, polite and did everything he could to fix my issue. He even gave me some very valuable advice about what steps to take if/when the situation happened again. He came totally prepared for the job as well. His truck was well equipped with everything he could need. I really appreciate that before he did anything, he made sure to inform me of the charges. I didn’t even have to ask. I highly recommend Tyler to anyone who is looking for a prompt, professional, knowledgeable plumber who will go above and beyond to remedy your problem. As a lady with zero plumbing knowledge, having a great plumber on speed dial is invaluable! Thank you, young man. You saved my worried mind and got my home back up and running. Who can live without having to run the washer, shower and toilet in their house? Not me! And I don’t have to :)

Tyler was prompt, respectful and explained each step as he worked at clearing a clogged main sewer line. He worked four hours straight and was able to clear the line and cleaned up after his work. I have had other drain services out in the past and I know they would have given up rather than work as hard as Tyler did. I would strongly recommend him for any drain issues you may encounter.

A few weeks back, we were in the final preps for a major party at our house which was to start in just 6 hours. As luck would have it, the downstairs drains began to back up and panic set in. We call OC Drain Service and Tyler said he would be right over. He arrived about 30 minutes later and began assessing the issue. Using his scope, he identified the problem which where tree roots in the main sewer line about 16 ft from the house. He quickly cut the roots and power flushed the rest of the line to ensure it was clear. The whole process only took about two hours leaving us plenty of time before guests started arriving for the party. Tyler was very professional and knowledgably with all the right tools. He instilled confidence with us that he would be able to get our system working again before the party. I would HIGHLY recommend OC Drain Service and Tyler for any plumbing issue. Thank You Tyler!!!

Our garbage disposal was backing up into our bathtub. Tyler was to our house within 12 hours and pulled a bunch of nastiness out of our sink pipes and cleaned out our bathtub. He was polite and friendly and made the job as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend OC Drain Service.

I would highly recommend this service. Tyler was prompt and efficient. He identified and fixed the issue quickly. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Service was great. Showed promptly and on time. Cleared the drain right off the bat, explained everything clearly, super impressed.
