Tyler is awesome. He came this morning and unclogged an outside drain for me in the pouring rain. He set up quickly and before long the lovely sight of water swirling down the drain was seen! I appreciate his honesty and willingness to do everything he could to solve the problem. Thank you Tyler!!!

If I could give MORE THAN 5 STARS I would!!! Tyler showed up for our emergency call on CHRISTMAS EVE. No one anywhere would show up or even return my calls but Tyler at OC Drain Service was there. Everything in our house was draining up through our downstairs shower. We couldn't use the toilets or anything else. We are so very grateful- he didn't give up and kept working even though it was a holiday- he took all the time and effort that was required to make the repair and then double checked everything before leaving to make sure he did it right- he didnt just run out he took every care to make sure it was fixed the right way the first time. Thank you so much!

Had Tyler come out to clear a clog in the sewer line, it ended up being a significantly more complex process involving the auger, pulling the toilet, and the hydrojet due to the size of the clog. Tyler was great in providing me w/ lots of options and what he thought was the best to solve the problem. He ended up clearing it out with a combination of the jet and the big auger. I really appreciate how well he hard he works and isn't willing to give up till it is fixed! He was also able to come out within 2hrs of me calling.

Tyler came out to help us with a problematic storm drain. He left us with a free-flowing system, an enhanced understanding of our storm drain layout, a few suggestions to improve maintainability, a couple of areas to watch that could cause future issues and a recommendation for a maintenance program. All in all, a very satisfying and productive mornings work. I would not hesitate to recommend OC Drain Service.
We received next day service with very little notice. We had a tricky situation that he figured out, allowing us to defer some very costly repairs/reconstruction of our drain line. After several attempts, he charged a flat rate even though the call took at least 3 times the normal amount of time. He also gave us several suggestions to maintain our system periodically to reduce trouble calls and some referrals to other professionals that would help us save some money. Highly recommend!

I don't often write review but I had to this time. I called OC Drain Service at 7 am. Tyler was at my door in NE Portland (from Oregon City) in just over an hour. He was professional, personable, and he fixed my clogged drain quickly. OC Drain Service is a fairly new company; I definitely recommend giving them a chance.

Tyler was able to show up same day to unclog our kitchen sink. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had the clog cleared quickly. Also, he was able to give us some good tips on preventing clogs as well as more things to try when repairing DIY ourselves. We will definitely be calling him in the future if needed!

We called OC Drain Services to help us with our kitchen sink which was blocked. At first contact he told us when he would be able to come and what to expect his services to cost. Great clarity right up front. When he came out he didn't waste any time getting to the problem. He was efficient, cleaned up and explained to us about our older home and the piping and what to possibly expect in the future. He made sure everything was i working order before he left. Tyler is personable, good communicator, knowledgeable, and is good at figuring alternatives when plan A did not work. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Tyler was able to come out and clear a bad clogged floor drain in our laundry room within a few hours of my call. He was friendly, professional, obviously skilled at his job, and thorough, staying to make sure the drain was clear so we wouldn’t have an issue again. His rates are very affordable (especially considering the level of service he provides— I’ve paid much more for a chain “plumbing” company to have probably unlicensed plumbers come out and do a similar job (only to have the problem resurface the next day). I’ll recommend OC Drain Service to anyone and everyone I know who might need any kind of plumbing service— and definitely call him again anytime we do!

Tyler communicated well and was on time as promised. He assessed the situation and went right to work explaining what he was doing. He snaked the drain and had to follow up with a hydro pressure cleaning which resolved the the grease issue at the end of the line. He handled himself very professionally and was very conscious of any mess that may have occurred during the unclogging process. Hopefully I do not have a problem like this in the future, but if I do, I will be calling Tyler back.

I had Tyler out to help diagnose a clogged gutter run from the house to the street. Knowing that any repair would require ripping up landscaping I needed help identifying the location of the failure as to limit the scope of work. It was great to find a business that not only was easy to get in touch with but also made sure to confirm the appointment with an actual phone call and discuss what work would provide the best overall solution. After coming home from vacation on a Saturday we found out main sewer line under hose was not draing. I found Tyler's buisness via FB he responded promptly even for a Saturday and scheduled me in for a Sunday first thing. He arrived on time and went above and beyond as it turned out the restriction was solid and very difficult to get to move he never gave up allowed me to remove my toilet to save me cost since after many attempts at the clean out were unsuccessful. Eventually after going thru toilet drain as last resort he was able to get it cleared up..he is prompt on time and doesn't waste any of the time your being billed for...I will use his services in the future and strongly recommend his buisness and services

Noticed a sewer line leak that quickly turned into a flooded bathroom and Tyler was not only quick to respond, he offered some very helpful tips to keep it from getting worse before he could come out the next morning. We had a significant clog in our drain line due to it having lost grade over the years. Tyler showed up quickly and gave us clear options, recommending what he felt like was the best approach. When it turned out the clog was more serious he informed us immediately and pivoted to another option. At every step he showed us pictures, was clear and upfront, and very friendly. Tyler is phenomenal in his line of work! We had a toilet, sink and shower that wouldn’t drain and when I called to see how quickly he could come out, he scheduled us for the next morning! Our drainage system in our 1900 farmhouse gave him a heck of a time but he didn’t give up and finally figured out what our issue was and he fixed it! He even gave us recommendations for what to do to prevent this from happening again! When he was done, he cleaned and sealed everything up nicely! He was very friendly and professional! We intend on calling him for any drainage service in the future!

We had an issue with an underground drain line that was backed up. When I called to make an appointment, Tyler was able to fit me in for an appointment the next morning. When Tyler arrived he was professional and courteous. Tyler worked hard and was eventually able to identify that we were having issues with tree roots in our drain pipe, cleared the clog enough that the water now drains, and identified the precise location of the root issue so that I can address the long term fix this summer. We were very pleased with the result and the work that was done, and we thought he charged a fair price.

I recently had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Tyler was one of the most efficient and effective service people I have worked with. We had an emergency job that was a little too much for me to handle. We called five different places and everybody else said they couldnt come immediately. Tyler was responsive, prompt and respectful. Most important he was conscientious. When he installed a garbage disposal and it didn't sound right, he returned it to Home Depot and got another, which, when installed, sounded right. He was fast and efficient and I would highly recommend him for the services he renders.
I had a drainage issue (yes, that means sewer) and after renting the snake at Home Depot, which only bought us a week or so -- it was time to bring in a pro. Tyler is AMAZING! He brought out all of his equipment and worked and worked until we had no other choice but to consider it was a problem caused by the recent water line replacement project. I'm fortunate to live in Oregon City so the city takes responsibility for any trouble beyond my curb, so my plumbing costs will be reimbursed. (The OC public works guys have also been great, btw.) Tyler charges fairly and is honest and hardworking -- I recommend him to anyone in that truly awful space of needing help with sewer issues.
We had a major backup due to wipes being put down toilet, and have a old house with old plumbing, Tyler came out and didn’t stop till he got it running freely he was happy and courteous about all of the things he tried, 4 hours later, he completely cleared the clog, things running smoothly, this guy was diligent about fixing this mess we had and never complained, he told us he’s not leaving till we get it all running freely. OC Drain Services was great to work with and we're so glad we took them up on using their camera to scope our main drain line to the street. They discovered a major problem - roots in the pipe! Our city public works is working on it now.
